How can I track my order?

We’ll send you the overseas tracking number soon. You can check it on Junfeng(https://www.17track.net/zh-cn/carriers/junfeng-international). It takes 4-7 days to get the international tracking number after domestic shipping. Contact us if you haven’t heard from us in time.

Can I change my order details?

Orders can not be modified before shipment. Please contact customer service before payment if possible.

Can I cancel my order?

I see your order is currently being prepared for shipment. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you worry about shipping time, I can prioritize your order to ensure you it gets dispatched as soon as possible .Let me know how can I assist you better!

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is free on orders over 200$. For orders under 200$, the shipping fee is 20$. For the remote areas(like Hawaii), the shipping will be free for the orders that are paid over $400. Under $400, $40 shipping fee will be at your own expense.
